Agreement to Terms

The Services are not intended for use in jurisdictions where such use would be contrary to local laws or regulations. Users accessing the Services from locations outside our intended jurisdiction do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We own or license all intellectual property rights in our Services, including but not limited to source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), as well as trademarks, service marks, and logos ("Marks"). These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws worldwide.

Your Use of Our Services

We grant you a limited, revocable license that allows you to access and use our Services based on your subscription plan:

  • Free plan users may only use the Services and Content for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Paid plan users may use the Services and Content for commercial purposes as specified in their subscription plan

This license is personal and non-transferable.

User Content Rights

For content you create or upload ("User Content"):

  • You retain full ownership of your User Content
  • You grant us a license to host and display your User Content, use it to provide and improve our Services, and create derivative works for coloring page generation.
  • The license is restricted to providing our Services, and we will not sell or distribute your User Content independently. We will respect your privacy settings. This license continues until you remove your User Content or close your account.
  • Usage rights for generated content depend on your subscription plan. Free plan users may only use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes, while paid plan users may use generated content for commercial purposes as specified in their plan.

Feedback and Submissions

When you provide feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve our Services. We will ask for your permission before identifying you. You can request attribution for any implemented ideas. Confidential information you mark as such is excluded from this license.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms, are not a minor in your jurisdiction, or have obtained parental consent. You also agree not to use automated means to access the Services unless explicitly allowed, not to use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any purpose other than as intended
  • Attempt to bypass any measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services
  • Use any automated systems or scripts to access or interact with the Services
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
  • Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks

5. Termination

We maintain the right to monitor the Services for violations, take legal action when necessary, manage access to Contributions, remove burdensome content, and protect our systems. We may suspend or terminate your access if you repeatedly violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, threaten other users' safety, or leave your account inactive for extended periods.

When terminating an account, we'll try to notify you in advance when possible. Immediate action may be taken if needed to protect others. You'll receive an explanation, and you can appeal suspensions. You'll have time to export your data. After termination, your access ends immediately. Contact us if you believe this was done in error.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. We perform regular routine backups of data, but you are ultimately responsible for backing up your own data. Our liability for data loss is limited as described in the Limitation of Liability section.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure services, nor the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content.

Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the Services in the past 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Major changes will be posted here with the new "Last Modified" date, and we'll send additional notifications for significant updates. Using the Services after changes means you accept them.
